Was Roy Purdy the ambassador of Gen Z culture?
For some reason the algo's starts showing me Roy Purdy clips again. I rememberd living this guys stuff in the mid-2010's, but then he fell off the map. As I watched his video I started to realize this guy may have been one of the first Gen Z influences that set the pace for the culture that would follow. Here's some of the ties I see with his style into current (and past) Gen Z culture.

✅️ 80's fashion
✅️ Went viral for doing goofy dances in public
✅️ Focused on creating a mentally positive space
✅️ Rose to fame based off of social media persona, early "influencer"
✅️ Social media callenges
✅️ Social media/SoundCloud rap career
