Using Our Energy Conversion Boxes Outside of the Tapes in Every Day Life
A Gateway Tapes practice I have been exploring is the use of my energy conversion box outside of the Tapes.
I have found this practice to be surprisingly useful and practical in managing stress, worry, repetitive negative thought streams/forms, etc in my daily life.
Much like we are directed in the Tapes to use the box as part of the Gateway meditative process, I have also been leveraging my box whenever a negative thought, feeling, idea, emotion, or topic comes to mind.
In my mind's eye I will simply take the negative thought, open my energy conversion box (which for me is full of bright light white energy), place it inside, close the lid, and go on with my day.
That's all.
The results so far have been proven very positive for me. Helping me manage stress, worry, and negative thought forms in a new way.
I would highly encourage others to consider doing the same if you are not already.
