Randomly came across this old video of hers from two summers ago, and I cannot believe how different she looks now - and not in a good way. Even her voice sounds completely different. The physical effects of starvation are taking a toll on her. She never makes videos like this anymore either; now, everything seems to revolve around food. Tamara, please get help.
Let’s do a little math, shall we? Tamara’s calorie goal, according to her today, is 2,500–2,900 calories. But just three days ago, she claimed she only absorbs 50% of what she eats. So if you’re genuinely on a weight-gain journey, would you be okay with only absorbing 1,250–1,450 calories a day? Just asking. 🙄
Sharing this older video of another bogus “what I eat in a day.” If you pay attention, she puts a tiny bit of broccoli in her mouth and later eats a piece of chocolate. I know with my full chest that she spit it out right in front of her daughter when the camera cuts. This is the kind of deeply concerning behavior happening in that home, and I genuinely hope someone steps in and helps her kids before more damage is done.

It’s crazy how far downhill everything has gone since then. At the time, we thought things were already bad, but looking back, she still looked so much better and had so much more life in her than she does now.

A new “low FODMAP” recipe. I love how she says her mom in law comes over once in a while to give her a break. We all know she’s probably there every single day helping those kids out since Tam is only focused on herself and her ED. She was definitely trying to convince herself that she’s a super hands on mom, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
