Does anyone know where I can seek professional guidance on pregnancy and birth and how to prepare?

I want to get advice and guidance about pregnancy and birth and what it entails. I also want to know how to plan for it all and the best course of action if there is one, but there are no nhs helplines or anything unless you’re actually pregnant.

I also want to know if I think I’ll get through it before I get pregnant rather than getting pregnant and struggling or injuring the baby through fainting.

Uk- my mums dogs keep pulling up the artificial grass that’s been put down. The nails aren’t in anything, is this normal practise? Can anyone recommend a solution?

The quote text- To remove the existing grass and install approx. 50mm of type 1 stone, this is compacted, a layer of granite dust is then laid to give a smooth finish, this too is also compacted, a weed membrane is laid and then the grass itself which is fixed every 200mm with 4 inch nails.
