TikTok AI Age Verification Ban Suspension Issue
Hi all, I was banned on May 1st instantly when I used the face AI age verification feature to verify my age for the tiktok shop on an account i’ve had for 6 years. The AI couldn’t verify i was over 18 so i opened appeal after appeal giving my drivers license and passport and still got denied. Opened many tickets and emailed tiktok themselves to be told by a staff “After a careful and thorough review of your account's activity, we've confirmed that there were violations of our policies. Unfortunately, the confirmed violations require us to uphold the original decision to permanently ban the account.” This makes zero sense because I provided identification that i’m over 18. Anyone else having this issue or have a fix? I’ve appealed like 15 times already lol
