I just don’t know what caused this or how I can fix it

So I’ve been trying to print some tanks and I use orca slicer but my prints keep having failures lately and idk what to do, I clean the bed, level it and all that, and I’m just at a loss of what the issue is

Is it just an fep issue?, it was t like this till a couple days ago
