I've been contemplating on offloading my rental property to utilize my capital on alternative investment due to lack of time (self managed) and reduced tax relief. My property is currently occupied with tenants.

Rather than doing the conventional approach, vacate tenant and prep for sale I came across LetProperty who sells tenanted property. Does anyone have any experience on selling property via them? My property is in Aberdeen, it looks like this company is Glasgow based but not really sure. They claim to show stats of closing sales of properties in Aberdeen.

Does anyone have experience using them or alternate agents as such to sell your property?
