I just got a nice new laptop and have spent the last 2 days trying to load and use version 8.1.7.2. I say trying because no matter what their chat recommends, it will not load the Desktop version. I can get the web version to open but that’s it. (so far I think the charts, etc in the new version Really Sucks, but I’ll save those issues for another rant). I’m waiting now for a human to contact me.
Just wondering if other users are having major issues trying to use 8.1.7.2. TIA
