Recent Consular I-130 Approvals? Please Share Your PD

Can anyone confidently say that USCIS is still actively processing consular I-130 petitions?

From what I understand, trackers like Track My Visa, My Case Hub, and similar sites compile data from both AOS and consular cases. If that's true, how do we actually know that consular petitions are still moving?

The "front of the line" for consular cases doesn't seem to have moved in months, at least based on what many of us are seeing.

If you've had a consular I-130 approved within the last three months, would you mind sharing:

  • Your priority date (PD)
  • Whether your case was straightforward or had any RFEs/complications

For context, my own case has apparently been transferred multiple times according to different Emma/live agents. I've been told it has moved between service centers, then to a field office, and most recently to the Benefits Integrity Office. I'm not sure how reliable Emma's location information is, but if anyone has had a similar experience, I'd really appreciate hearing what it ended up meaning.

Many of us with PDs from mid-February 2025 onward feel like we're completely in the dark and are still waiting without much indication of progress.

Any insight, recent approval timelines, or experience with these case transfers would be greatly appreciated.

Moroccan born individual with French citizenship-help please

I am so sorry to everyone and their families for having to endure this pause. I just wanted to ask- I am a US citizen spouse who filed an I-130 for my husband in March 2025. My lawyer told me that our case is affected by the 75 countries pause because my husband was born in Morocco. However, he is only a French citizen. She told me that the pause impacts individuals born in/and or citizens of the 75 countries. I've heard we might not know until our interview if we will be affected, but I have also heard that our i-130 will be pending for much longer because of the pause. Not sure what to believe as I'm seeing conflicting information online and from lawyer. Has anybody been in a similar situation or have answers? Thanks so much in advance and prayers to all.

I-130 March 2025 — anyone else completely stuck / “hold and review” situation?

Hey all,

Filed I-130 in early March 2025 (spouse, consular processing). I’m a U.S. citizen, spouse is abroad.

My husband is a French citizen but born in Morocco. Lawyer says our case may be stuck in a USCIS “hold and review” tied to country of birth, even though he only has a French passport.

Right now:

  • No updates
  • No RFE
  • No movement at all

We also contacted our Congress rep, and USCIS basically gave a generic “still processing / within normal review” response — no real explanation.

So I’m trying to figure out:

👉 Is anyone else actually seeing movement on I-130s from March 2025 right now?
👉 Or are certain cases just frozen at USCIS?
👉 Especially if spouse was born in a “flagged” country but has EU citizenship?

At this point it feels like we’re just stuck in limbo with no real info.

Any updates or timelines would really help.
