Hi all,

I have noticed this while cleaning the closet and I’m a relatively new homeowner. What could be causing this and what kind of contractor would be best to reach out to for this issue I am spotting at the bottom of the drywall in the closet? I notice it on both sides of the closet door. I’ve attached images for reference. Thank you.
