A twist on the "what if life was different"
A man with an unhappy life with wife and kids laments not being famous like he wanted to.
Either a:
Instead of realizing everything is perfect, he realizes he's more just unhappy that he never tried and decides to do his dream more in small doses to feed his soul.
Or b:
We actually start out with a messy life where he's famous, still married with kids but maybe the lesson is instead that the alternate drains his soul/doesn't allow him to do what feeds his soul/his wife doesn't "get" him and he feels more lonely.
Or c:
Both are pretty much okay, there's no definite answer
