I usually avoid houses such as this that require a big ladder bc I’m a wuss lol. But what is a good estimate? There are about 20 windows, customer wants inside and out.
I have a convenience store I've been doing monthly for years -- it's inside and out, $100 a pop, the manager is super nice, it's a great account. They were recently bought out by another national chain, Casey's, and will be transitioning into the Caseys brand at the middle of next month. I have been getting a payout of cash from the store ever since I started, but the manager told me that Casey's says no cash payouts. Im not sure if this is the end of my services, or if I can provide other options, such as invoicing their corporate office, or something to that effect. Has anyone dealt with brand trasitions, etc., and has some advice or insight? I hate to lose this account over a simple payment issue.

How do you guys charge for out-of-town or long distance jobs? Is there a mileage rate you use, or do you just add a certain amount based on the time? I was thinking of using a certain amount for every mile driven to and from the site, but not sure what rate to use, especially with gas prices these days! TIA
I need some advice on how to remove whatever this nastiness is…it looks sticky (almost like ice cream or something) and there’s dirt stuck in it as well. Does anyone know a secret to getting this off? Thanks in advance!!
