If i get approved for my i918 application am i able to pass through checkpoints within the u.s without risk of deportation

Okay so ive applied for i918 form back in december of last year kind of late days of December me and my whole family did biometrics a little bit fast i got it first then after a few weeks they did aswell. a couple months pasta nd i decided to call see how it was going they told em everything was going good no delays or uscis not asking for more info.
I waited 1 month again which is now today and i called and asked and they told me i have from today to next year november 16 to get a response i asked them if im able to get it earlier and they said its luck… is it possible that ill get a response earlier???
What happens if i get approved after that what will i get or is just the beginning for this application?
