My physio cleared me for road cycling. Very hilly where I live so was a bit hesitant. Big the bullet this morning and it went great! So happy that I can stop being a passenger princess (I don’t drive). Almost 8 weeks post op and feeling really great!

Posterior LTHR 5 weeks ago and scar is randomly hurting. Think I’m ok but would appreciate any input. Will head to doc if gets any worse today.

4 weeks post op back at work last week. Busy office up and down stairs to sign for packages/ documents. Weather is really nice (rare for Ireland) so went for a walk yesterday and ended up walking 4.5km (2.7 miles) got up to 12k steps by end of day.
Feeling great but was a little sore last night. Ice pack sorted it.
Am I overdoing it? Still have a cane and will do for a few weeks yet I’d imagine.
Worried I’m doing more harm than good.
