Tell me about your procrastination
Procrastination is the habit of delaying a task even when you know it needs to be done.
It often means choosing something easier or more enjoyable instead of the important task.
Sometimes you genuinely want to start, but still find yourself avoiding it.
It can happen because of boredom, anxiety, perfectionism, lack of motivation, or feeling overwhelmed.
Over time, procrastination can create stress, guilt, and even make the task harder to complete.
My question:
Why do you think you procrastinate even when you genuinely want to get something done? What usually goes through your mind in that moment when you decide to delay it?
