UPDATE: It used to be two lanes. The city clearly needs to update or shift the signage there.

I often cross 250 via Rugby Road to take Hydraulic and I don't know what has happened to the merge point from 250 to Hydraulic but since they installed the circle I have almost been T-Boned by drivers failing to merge properly onto hydraulic from 250.

They literally do not stop or slow down, they just...go.

Did they change the zone here or something?

I have driven in this city since 2003 and I can not recall any close calls but in the last 6 months I have been almost smashed like 5 times.

Has anyone else noticed this problem?
