Yes I know that technically shouldn't be drinking alcohol with celexa but the information online just says it can increase drowsiness. Is there any other reason why I can't have a daily drink?

Hi there, this is a rental home and the top where the white gunk is is spraying water. Looks like some sort of flex seal was placed to stop the spray but it is going down the side and forming a puddle before the drain. Is this a quick fix or something we need professionals for?
