
Could use some advice for making bagels with FMF. I followed a recipe from Little House Simple Living for their bagels and used my Kitchen Aide mixer and it turned out really good. I recently purchased a Nutrimill Artiste and did the same recipe 3 times now and each time the dough won’t rise. At first I thought my water was too hot and killed the yeast but today I tried it and used room temperature water and it’s doing the same thing. Any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong? Only thing I’m doing different is using the better mixer, maybe I’m using it wrong?? Would appreciate any help!
