Endo belly?

I’ve been having countless issues with you stomach for a couple years now. I would often get very bloated with certain foods but i attributed that to possibly developing ibs and lactose intolerance.
For the last 6 months or so though I gained roughly 15 pounds with no big difference to my diet other than incorporating more protein (mainly chicken and beef) and eating more high volume. However within this time frame I’ve also began exercising more often including lifting light weights, Pilates, running, etc.

it’s come to a point where I feel even eating normal foods makes me extremely bloated, my lower belly is firm to the touch, it hurts to lay on my stomach and I haven’t had my period in 3 or so months. Is this something I should be concerned about??
