So in just a few months, my apprenticeship will come to an end. In these months, I have opened accounts, used systems, and done things related to loans and other digital works. My manager is thinking of extending it, but I don't want to be stuck with 15K stripeneds. I want to know what will happen after that, any tests to give? Or get a certificate directly? Or what will happen, I definitely don't think they will employ me, as they already have too much staff in this bank....they don't hire newcomers easily, from what I saw. I heard they have too many POs and a good number of clerks, so they rarely promote the clerks, either. And I don't like this apprenticeship training...one year was enough, unless incentives are high...nobody would like to be stuck with this
