I am having to take geometry as I skipped it years before due to knowing it back then entirely, but it’s like I completely forgot it all. Even something as simple as this.
Why when using distributive property does an equation such as 2x - 2(3 - x) turn into 2x - 6 + 2x and not 2x - 6 - 2x ??
I find geometry hard as it’s the easiest to visualize without having to explain. I understand what I’m doing and the formulas needing to be used but not why they need to be done nor the deeper explanation.
