I have an iPad Pro 2018 that still works great but the battery dies very quickly (Coconut battery says 78% battery health.)

I’d like to get the battery service — I understand that Apple replaces the unit, and doesn’t actually swap the battery.

I have a small scrape on the bottom left of the iPad’s frame — presumably from a drop. It’s pretty minor and it hasn’t affected the glass or anything.

Anybody else have experience with this before I go into Apple?
