Clangen on Mobile | Android Only
Despite the common belief; you can download and play clangen on mobile using winlator*, making it a great day to be an android user!
I'd like to clarify that:
1: I'm not tech savy in the slighest
2: I'm a visual learner, so I apologize if my instructions are confusing to those who are better w/ written instructions
What is winlator?:
In simple terms, winlator acts almost like a bridge; providing an app on your phone/tablet that works like a windows computer!
Downloading Winlator:
>before we start, I'd like to put out there how quickly your phone will get hot; so I recommend doing this in chunks / splitting up the progres
After going to this link (Winlator Downloader | Github) scroll down, all the way down till you see the first screenshot
^(You are going to download the apk file)
After the file is downloaded, open your file manager to locate winlator (which should be one of first few files you find), after finding said file just press the file which should activate a "download this" notif, say yes!After opening the app give the app access to all files and find the plus icon (Make sure you're at the "containers" part of the app)
After pressing the "+" icon, you should open up to a settings screen.
^(I'm not too familiar with any of these settings nor do I care enough to figure them out, you dont have to change any of the settings; so simply press the checkmark)
After the container has been made you can do this in two different ways;
^(Simplified / App is intended Just for Clangen:)
Press the 3 dotted lines and click file manager which should land you in a screen that has drives C, D, and E for most people the "C" drive will have nothing, and we dont have to worry about "E"
- After opening that drive, you should see your extracted clangen (this is where having an easy to spot name comes in handy)
Open the Folder where you should find another folder named "clangen", press to open that file. If done correctly you should see a page with the clangen icon + another folder side by side
Press the play button on clangen.exe
Start playing and have fun !!
**More complex Ver:**
Press play to open your container which should lead you to screen showing multiple drives
Open drive "D" 2. You'll end up in a page with various files & folders (the page is much bigger, simply cropped for personal safety)

- Keep clicking through your clangen file till you come to a with the clangen icon + folder side by side 4. Open Clangen.exe 5. Start playing & have fun!!
Notes:
• Apk: An APK contains all the stuff an app/website needs to work correctly
• You can have other apps running in the background whilst playing & i've noticed sometimes if I have it as "multitasking" tab, it'll close clangen (so make to save your game!)
• This also works for lifegen, I havent tried any other mods so I'm not 100% they'll work either
• If your save file is properly saved, when you redownload for a game update everything should carry over (I have only lost 1 file out of 14)
• When downloading clangen, download the windows ver (you can pick any ver you want, I've downloaded both ver and havent noticwe any differences)
