I see messages in telegram groups a lot. "I buy old Phantom wallets with transaction history". I understand why they would want them, I guess. But do they actually handover the payment? I'm guessing not. Anyone have any experience with this?

I know it's stupid to consider but honestly I've lost so much on scams and rug pulls over the last few years (yes I also buy btc) that I'd consider it to get something back. I don't see the risk if the wallet is empty and not KYC, but I'm sure someone can set me straight on that too.
