Why do democrats generally default to assuming the owners of the workplace are automaticaly bad people out to screw the worker?

Obviously, there are terrible workplaces out there and bad bosses. Places that treat their workers like crap and expendable. Nobody is going to deny the existance of the existance of bad bosses.

But Ive found that through the many jobs Ive had, that the majority of workplaces are run by people who do care about the employee. Especially with small buisness where its a lot more personal. I have seen many companies go out their way to help an employee outside of work if theyre going through a hardship and do things well out the scope of whats required for a workplace to do for their workers.

Ive noticed amongst democrats the default is to assume that when one owns a buisness, theyre by default bad intention people out to screw an employee. I feel as though thats a wrong assumption based on stand out bad cases of bad employers. A big reason I say that is because its never a big story to hear "employer does all the right things and has generally happy employees" which I find to be the defualt.

I also feel democrats tend to not try and see the other side of things from the view of the employer and take a descision from that employer that was not made maliciously and see it as being done maliciously. Running a buisness is hard and running a buisness does not automatically mean that youre in the elite class. Also, running a buisness should be celebrated and encouraged because a lot of buisness owners were once employees that worked their way to owning their own buisness and that should be a celebrated aspect of American culture.

TBI 2 years ago....MMI "reached" in Nov 2025 but currently in outpatient and in an out the hospital for TBI related issues...

I had a TBI on July of 24 while truck driving. Long story short, solid steel door of a front loader smashed me in the back of the head while winching it down the trailer. Do not remember 3 months post TBI, spent 4 months in PT for vestibular function and balance. Have had cognitive issues since.

Since the TBI I've been been having these shut down attacks that have only been getting worse and have bee hospitalized twice for them. The doctors do not know what they are but they come with heavy suicidal ideation to which I ended up checking myself into an outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program about 1.5 months ago because I was scared for my safety. These attacks turn me completely irrational and I get nervous that I'll do something extreme like end my life when they are happening.

They kind of feel like this odd panic attack but instead of panicking, it's like my brain wants to just shut down. It's like my emotions are stuck on full throttle and won't come down. They last for a few hours and then when they stop, I am completely blank and slow and can't move from the couch while staring at the wall. The day after one I'm totally fine and in a great mood. It's bizarre because id never want to end my life and generally am a pretty optimistic person in between the attacks.

I am also currently in neuro speech therapy which was recommended by the diagnosing Neurologist whom is a top neurologist in brain injuries. He was the one who initially prescribed the PT. Workers comp after he prescribed the PT moved me to a different neurologist whom was out of network and not at all specialized in brain injuries. He ghosted WC to then WC ended up finding another Neuro who marked me MMI after a 10 min standard neuro exam.

Since January I've seen 2 seperate therapists multiple times a week, a TBI Neurologist, and now full time PHP for suicidal ideation with cognitive speech therapy. I am a full time medical patient.

I do have a lawyer, and I've told them every doctor I've seen and every treatment I've recieved with HIPPA forms signed.

Is there any chance that I'll be able to see a judge to argue that MMI was marked way too early?

I have no money, I still cannot work, my family is bleeding money to support me.....I do not know what to do anymore. I've been trying to start detaiking cars on the side but some days I'm fine with working it and others if I put too mk much mental effort, I just get these suicidal ideation attacks.

Its torture. I want to work....I want to start a buisness and I want to have my CDL back because I desperately miss having the income and the job. I loved that job. I love driving trucks and working on vehicles....but I don't know what else to do here.
