Postgrad Accommodation: Thurso Street vs Kelvingrove House
I'm starting my masters in the fall and, as an international student, I'm a bit unsure with some of the terminology used to describe room types in the housing application. Thurso has:
- Accessible Double
- Large Standard Double
- Large High Double
- Extra Large Standard Double
- Extra Large High Double
While Kelvingrove House has:
- Single Ensuite
- Ground Floor Studio
- Studio
I understand an ensuite is a room with a bathroom attached and a studio is a room for one person with a kitchen and living room included, but I'm not sure what the whole large vs high vs extra large double room thing is. Does anyone know what exactly the differences between the rooms above are?
