I had a package delivered by USPS to 2025 F st on Monday. I never received a QR code so I emailed GWU mailing services the tracking info and they told me that they never received the package and to call USPS.

USPS told me that the package was delivered to the correct location. I submitted a lost package inquiry on GWU website and I included my GWID and tracking info.

When should I make a big deal out of this? I want to go down there and talk to someone but the people that work there always have a funky attitude.
