Does anyone have a solution for the 2pm crash
Asking because I've tried everything and I'm still losing like 2 hours every afternoon. Second coffee makes me anxious and energy drinks feel like overkill for a Tuesday. Tried a bunch of stuff over the past few months with mixed results, some things work for a day or two then stop some just don't do anything. The focus I have in the morning completely falls apart after lunch and I can't figure out if it's what I'm eating, caffeine timing or just my body hating me. Been looking into caffeine alternatives but haven't landed on anything yet. What's everyone else doing for this
