I (32m) am quite introverted and have always kept to myself. I've lived here my whole life. I work in downtown and lately I've been wanting to come out of my shell. I have 1 friend but he doesn't go out much either. I like spending time in nature and such. But other then that I don't go out much

Would appreciate any pointers or even a place to grab a bite during lunch to hopefully meet people... Hope to find someone to vibe with. Would make things easier.
