Hello everyone. Recently I bought a “miracle scooter” with a shorted battery.
I repaired the battery, and now it has 39.6V. However, it still won’t charge.

The charging voltage reaches the BMS board, but goes no further. The BMS indicator is blinking blue. Resetting didn’t help, and disconnecting the BMS for a whole day also changed nothing.

There are no errors, and the scooter rides нормально, but I can’t charge the battery.

Maybe someone can suggest what to check or where to look next?
Or should I replace the BMS?
