Had Kyle and Amanda not treated their marriage like a high school relationship, it might have survived.
Last night’s Summer House episode: The scene where Kyle tries to apologize when Amanda is in bed with Ciara & Mia was so painful to watch. I found myself screaming for Ciara & Mia to leave the room to give them space to talk. The way everyone is involved in their marriage is insane. They are taking marital advice from single, barely been in a relationship, twenty somethings. But, this is how it’s been since the beginning, so they were doomed from the start.
On the flip side, I can also see Ciara and Mia not leaving to be protective of Amanda given how explosive Kyle was. I guess this lends back to Amanda designing the situation that way…. making herself to be the victim that needs protecting. Then, allowing others to do her dirty work?? What do you folk’s think??
