Looking for 1–2 subleasers ASAP over the summer for a spacious two-floor loft with a really nice interior. Rent is normally $1,750/month, but I’m looking for $1,250/month. I’m also willing to discount further if two people sublease together. Will give priority to pairs.

Super close to campus, great interior with lots of natural lighting. Super nice space for the price.
