Ok, so to preface this you need to attempt a purchase off Rakuten. Therefore you need a card or a form of digital payment. Basically what you do is sign up either using my referral code or someone else’s and then attempt a purchase using one of their partners with over $50. It’s easiest to do so far from my tests on ulta or Sephora and purchase something and include one of their gift or purchase sets.
