Fugio coin secret message
Benjamin Franklin like to drop a little nuggets from his mysteries.
The Fugio cent Franklin designed in 1787 has a sundial and says “FUGIO” literally means “I flee” and is the same root as “fugitive.”
So the coin is saying “time flees” or “time runs away.” Then right under it, it says “Mind your business.”
That’s “we stole time… but mind your business.” He’s basically admitting time was taken and telling everyone to stay quiet about it.
Am I the only one seeing this?
