I’m working on a POS product for small businesses and I’m trying to understand what features actually matter most to people who use POS systems every day.
For those currently using a POS, what are the biggest problems or frustrations you have with your current system?
I’m particularly interested in inventory management, barcode scanning, bulk inventory imports, payments, user permissions, and reporting.
What feature do you wish your current POS handled better?
