Hi all! I’m heading to Europe for the first time, leaving from JFK tomorrow and will be flying alone. The 8 hour flight is quite daunting. I’m an incredibly anxious flyer and have been calmer than usual leading up to this, but have been seeing that it is supposed to be storming tomorrow in NY so I am spiraling. Honestly I just want to cry. Would love any and all advice, words of encouragement, and tracking ♥️

Currently waiting to takeoff on a plane from Mexico City to JFK. Delta AM5278. Pilot came over the speaker and said expect a bumpy flight. I was able to chill out before boarding and now I’m freaking out. Is anyone doing a similar route? Really nervous and anxiety is high. Would really appreciate support here ♥️
