Help me pls 🙏 🙏 I got cse cat 3 in vit vellore and opted for part payment. I have paid the advance fee already but have still not paid the balance fee. Everyone including Google says

1. To go to the freshers portal and click on withdraw but there's no option for that on my portal

2. To send them an email which I already sent 2 but they haven't replied to any of them yet

3. Call them which they don't answer by saying that all their executives are busy

Pls help me this is a very srs problem I don't know what to do here 🙏🙏
