Scooter Query

what is the best scooter under £300 that has suspension, is good in the rain, can go atleast 20mph, easy to carry?

i was thinking of the kukirin S1 pro but if theres anything better and I'm also not sure of the actual top speed on it.

I see someone selling this iscooter Ix3 on Facebook marketplace for 250 and am thinking of buying it, I'm wondering if the scooter will actually last me a while and if it's worth the buy because all the scooters I have bought have broke on me and I use them everyday.
