PA medical patients: if you support home grow, please take 5 minutes today to contact the Senate Law & Justice Committee.
SB 76 would allow eligible PA medical marijuana patients 21+ to grow up to 6 plants in a secure, enclosed area. It has been sitting in committee since January 2025 without a vote.
Please email or call committee members and ask them directly:
“Please bring SB 76 up for a committee vote before the current legislative session ends.”
