Razer Kraken V4 Wireless Headset Help Needed.
Hey, so I just bought the Kraken V4 Wireless Headset today. It connects to Bluetooth and all, but the audio just sucks.
For example, if I have Spotify playing by itself, the sound quality is clear and perfectly fine, but if I then open Discord and join a voice call. The audio then switches over to what I can only describe being a 1950s radio. (This also happens when I try to play a game with Discord open as well)
I went to the sound settings in Discord, but all it says is “Using the same Bluetooth device for both input and output can potentially degrade audio quality.” I then go to Window’s Settings on my PC, but there are no other input devices other than the headset, and when I try to switch to another output device all audio from the device just stops coming through. (I’m pretty sure it’s because the other devices are meant for speakers which I don’t have connected.)
I’ve looked up videos and tried Razer’s official Customer Support, and still nothing has worked. If someone knows how to fix the audio issue and not make my games or myself sound like shit whenever I have Discord open just trying to play with my friends it would be greatly appreciated.
