Searching for information on past experiences with Ed Stevens Realty
Hello, I’m currently searching for anyone who has worked with Ed Stevens Realty & Property Management, Ed Stevens at Redfin, Cecilia Stevens, or a mysterious coworker named Mellisa who does not provide information identifying her credentials. Tenants, owners, vendors, anyone.
We’re writing this because we have experienced a large number of lies out of this office that have resulted in intense property damage. We recently clarified that we need him to communicate in writing as a result. Since that date, he has made defamatory claims in order to persuade the homeowner to sign a contact according to Mr. Steven’s desired outcome. He has fully disappeared and his office appears close. Obviously our request for written communication has scared him.
If you are a current tenant of Ed Stevens, we have information that proves he defrauded or attempted to defraud you.
This really isn’t your regular run of the mill bad landlord, it’s much more serious.
