If you find better tickets available for your show that are blue, and they are now the same price as (or maybe more than) what you paid, you may exchange them for $10 per ticket, plus any price difference. I did this for Tampa.

It has to be for the same night and you must be the original purchaser. If these conditions are met, start a chat or ring them up. That $250 upper bowl seat may be convertible.

Very important qualifier: They will not accommodate an exchange for a seat that is now cheaper than what you paid. (Doesn’t matter how willing you may be to take the loss.)

Also, this is common for TM for most US shows and is becoming more known with dynamic pricing. Good luck.
