TracePoint - browser-based photo geolocation via ray intersection
Most photo geolocation workflows involve a lot of tab-switching: image in one window, map in another, manually estimating bearings.
TracePoint runs entirely in your browser - no uploads, no account. Drop a photo, draw lines over recognisable landmarks, link each to its real-world location onthe map, and rays are cast automatically. Where they cross is where the photographer was standing.
- There's a built-in demo image if you want to try it before using your own.
- Multiple images are supported simultaneously, with all rays visible on the map at once.
