Client troubleshooting with AI tools

Hi good folks, with all the rave on AI/Agents and so on, how are you actually using this in your day to day troubleshooting?

Are you like, still using the UI from your vendor for the most part or just wanting to have the info all via MCP/API and do it with your own local agent or tool? I know network troubleshooting basics are still needed regardless.

I'm asking since, time-wise, I might "sacrifice" a little bit learning a vendor UI and just use that time to learn about setting up my agents and so on. Thanks!
