Altium Design - Terrible Website 'Talk to Agent'
So I tried talking to a sales person in the chat bot. I haven't seen such bad interface design in a while.
You guys should try it just to understand how bad it is.
It starts as a bot asking for your company name etc. Then it asks for your first name then last. The issue is, each question is about 3 paragraphs; your talking to a robot. You read the entire thing to see it wants your first name etc. Then write it in and read 3 more paragraphs. to see it wants your last name. Not to mention the next prompt taking time to load... just so you can talk to a bot some more. And at the end of the tunnel it wants me to book a time to talk to a sales person. I cannot even talk to them immediately! Its midday on Thursday!
Anyway I got frustrated and wrote 'go **** yourself'. And the AI chat bot ended the chat for inappropriate behaviour. Apparently not insulting the AI bot is more important to the company then my business! The chat icon isn't showing up for me now. I assume I must delete my cookies to have it appear again as I have been blocked!
What an efficient way to loose customers!
