I’ve been trying to start my entrepreneurial journey for a while now but i keep hitting the same wall.
Sometime i feel like every good idea is already taken. Other days I have 4-5 ideas but can’t figure out which one is actually worth pursuing. And even when i do get excited about something I look at the competition and think “why would anyone choose me over them?”

I keep hitting the same loop—
• No idea— Frustrated
• Too many ideas — Overwhelmed
• Found an idea — Scared of competition

Every time I think I’m close, something pulls me back. How did you actually break out of this? What worked for you?

Booked a hotel on MakeMyTrip for ₹3,200. Same hotel's site: ₹2,900 + free breakfast. 😅

Want to know:

- Is direct booking always cheaper than OTAs?

- What problems do hotels face with Booking.com / MakeMyTrip? (commission, cancellations, losing customer data?)

- What problems do guests face? (hidden fees, bad rooms, slow refunds?)

- Could a SaaS tool help hotels ditch OTAs and manage direct bookings themselves — would it work?
