Sleep paralysis as an adult :/
Mind you I’ve had this before several times in the same house after we moved I literally didn’t have another experience like this until today
I have one dream where I’m at the office at my desk and then I open my eyes again and it’s dark af and I’m being woken by our maintenance guy like yo wake up it’s been time to leave like why are you sleeping and I’m like okay time to get up I walk over MIND YOU the office is not the office and it’s just a desk in a dark space like the back rooms literally. And I turn the corner and it’s my mom in a hospital bed then she’s on the phone and I’m talking to she’s on the phone with. I wake up around 1:00 literally checked my phone and everything and was actually awake I tossed and turned until I fell asleep again and was in a similar dream to that then I woke up again but I felt eerie like that one just left me feeling like unsettled and that was at 1:13 thinking some real time passed abd I got sleep(no lol) so I “wake up” in my room in bed and I can see down the hallway I sleep with my door open right the light is on in the kitchen so I can see the tree that we hang stuff on and where the shoes go there’s seating on it and I see pink and my mom comes out of the shadows essentially where it’s not lit and she’s on the ground in this spider like position WEIRD then she’s like jumps up on the bench posed all weird like then she pauses because in that moment I realized I was in that state again and I just kept thinking no fucking way💀💀💀 like STOP WHY💀💀😭 and then she moves so fast in a crawling motion almost and by the time she gets to me I shut my eyes and I just hear her breathing near me and I just kept my eyes shut and I tried to speak and I couldn’t and I could barely get go away out in a breath very faint I literally couldn’t speak with my normal voice like and in my past ones I could never talk I was completely paralyzed and after I said that while my eyes were closed (bc fuck that I’m not opening them😂) I see a color in the shape of a person do this weird shabby walk away from me in the space where the hallway would have been and then I just was like seeing eyes and my moms face and stuff before the shape color person whatever then I was like okay think of something different the beach I like the beach then I started thinking of the song kokomo LOL but it worked then I pinched my arm bc I knew if I could move I was okay then I woke up again idk what time it was but that shit freaked me out BAD bc like I said this literally hasn’t happened to me since I was like 12 and when I did wake up my whole body was havinf this tingling sensation it’s almost like when your foot falls asleep but all over. Anybody else have some weird junk like that happen??
