PSA - Don't Give Up Your Entitlements

I posted a rant on here a few months ago about clients I kept seeing who just assumed their employer was doing the right thing and who lost their opportunity to go after them (I am an employment lawyer).
I am now seeing a new trend where people just let being dismissed or being underpaid go with no resistance. Please review your options if and when you are terminated. Employers who systemically dismiss employees who are inconvenient rely on silence or inaction.
I know it's intimidating but you can pursue a claim without too much time or expense and you can often do it without assistance.
Please review your options, you have 6 years to pursue underpayment and only 21 days for an unfair dismissal.
