Got tips about break in edea skate with hairdryer - anyone did that?

Sorry if there's grammar and spelling mistakes 🙏

I just got edea chorus (second hand but still good shape) and I just wear it for the second time today.

On off ice, it feels comfortable to walk around. At first I thought today I at least could get used to the skate, but I couldn't... I feel like my legs are starting to get cramps and my coach scared I looked so pale that I could passed out lol.

My coach told me it could take a month to break in (I believe thats the term..?) . He also told me to use hairdryer so the shoe could fit me properly and still use it when I'm home (he quoted while watching netflix etc.)

Does anyone do this trick? Or are there another tips I should do?
