I got accepted from the waitlist + BANNER which I'm incredibly grateful for. Problem is I'm not exactly low-income, my mom just happened to hardly work in 2024 cause of grad school and so that reflected in my FAFSA/CSS. My family's income for 2025 increased by $40k from the previous year, and it will probably increase a bit more this year and the next when she gets new job (combined income might become ~$110k-$140k). Madison's my dream school, but I do not want to attend for one year only to find out that the rest of my tuition is barely covered by aid. Has anyone in BANNER had a similar experience, where your family's income suddenly increased? How much did that affect your aid?
